Who is responsible for your information

BNR Computer Services Limited is the data controller for website enquiries. Our registered office is Unit 1 Suite B, Stafford Park 6, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3AB. Company number 06122533.

Information we collect

If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name and the information in your message. We do not currently use visitor analytics or advertising trackers.

How and why we use it

We use this information to understand your enquiry, respond to you, provide requested information and keep an appropriate business record. We normally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing customer relationships. We may also use information where it is needed to take steps towards a contract or meet a legal obligation.

Who receives it

Information is available only to BNR personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described above. The enquiry form uses FormSubmit, a service provided by Devro LABS, to process the submission and relay it to BNR by email. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to its use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
